The Bars are 32 unique points on the head that correlate to different areas and aspects of life. During an Access Bars® session, a practitioner gently touches these points to release the negative charge of all thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions, and beliefs that may have limited you in the concerned life areas. Think of it as like pressing a delete button to erase all the negative junk stored in your mind & body.

What happens during a session?
In an Access Bars® session the client will lay down on a bed & relax while the practitioner gently touches each of the 32 points around the head (The Bars) for a period of time. The session will last for 1 hour. This is an incredibly relaxing experience and a lot of people find themselves falling asleep while having their bars done due to the amount of release they feel.
Each person received a bars session differently & every session is different than the previous. The worst that can happen after a session is you can feel a sense of total relaxation , peace & calm. The best thing that can happen is that your whole life can change! Among the most commonly reported effects are;
